Learn about Marketing Specialist, Natalie, and how she has experienced company growth and professional development in her time with Liberty Reach.
How long have you worked for Liberty Reach and what drew you to apply for the position?
“I have been with Liberty Reach a little over 4 ½ years. I initially applied because the position combined my background in marketing and my degree in film production. At the time I was hired, the management team gave me a lot of creative freedom to explore, develop, and create content and videos. I was very excited to see how my contributions were going to help spread the word about Liberty Reach. “
What is different about Liberty Reach from other companies you have worked for in the past?
“Liberty Reach allowed me to curate all new print materials, logos, videos, and content. It was a little intimidating at first, but it allowed me to develop and learn a lot of new design skills and marketing campaign strategies. I have a lot more confidence in my abilities. I also really like all the people I work with. Liberty Reach has a knack for recruiting really talented, fun, and resourceful individuals who are passionate about delivering intelligent machine vision solutions to the industry.”
How has the company progressed since you started?
“When I first started, we were a small but mighty team. I had just been hired as the first marketing associate and really got an opportunity to learn about the machine vision industry and learn how to build different marketing strategies to support our goals. Since then, our team just keeps growing, to the point where we are outgrowing the facility we moved into two years ago. Our technology just keeps gets more intuitive and user-friendly, the development team works so hard to create reliable products our customers can understand and learn easily. In terms of my department, our marketing efforts have steadily been improving and increasing. We have new practices in place to spread the word about our exciting technology and I am anxious to see what opportunities it leads to!”
What is one of your favorite trips you have taken?
“I have visited Italy twice and it has been my favorite place to vacation by far. The country is beautiful, the food is wonderful and inexpensive, and the people are so nice! It really feels like there is a deep and rich history of authenticity, quality, and beauty. To anyone interested in going, I would highly recommend visiting Rome (specifically the Trastevere area for food), Tuscany, and Cinque Terre.”
