VFix utilizes stationary volumetric sensors to calculate large body offsets for robot guidance.  

In this application, four stationary sensors, mounted overhead, calculate a car body offset in less than a second.  The offset is sent to two robots allowing them to adjust to the unique position (x,y,z) and orientation (Rx, Ry, Rz) of each body for a precise application of PVC sealant to the roof ditch.

The system was installed in over one weekend, commissioned the following weekend, and has been running seamless ever since.
